Helper

I had a dream where
this person was latched
onto my back
and I was in this room
with all these different
people and I asked
if someone would help
me but one said
"Oh, we don't know what
you're talking about...
We don't help each other
around here..."
and they were talking
to each other in groups,
and they weren't even
having serious conversation,
or even listening to each
other, they were just
saying whatever came to their minds
and would pause
for shorter and longer intervals.
